We’ve put together a creative menu with a focus on seasonal, fresh ingredients from local produc- ers. Although it wasn’t easy, we managed to exclude 100% of frozen ingredients and non-seasonal vegetables or fruits. This is a very important aspect of ensuring that we can always provide our guests with the same quality and standard of the end products.
It is no secret that our company places great emphasis on using local products, it is a pleasure for us to be able to support local economy.
